Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a recurring subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel subscription purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the subscription frequency shown at checkout.

We charge your first subscription payment when you place your initial order. After that, we process recurring subscription payments on the 15th of each month for the following month’s box.

Subscription selections, changes, skips, pauses, and cancellations for the upcoming billing cycle must be completed by the 13th of each month.

You can manage your subscription through the customer portal linked in your subscription confirmation email. Available options may include changing your selection, pausing, resuming, skipping a billing cycle, or canceling your subscription.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been paid for or entered into production.
